A Week Designed to Support You
This retreat unfolds with a natural rhythm. There’s space for deep, meaningful work – and space to breathe, laugh, explore, and simply enjoy being here. Over the course of the week, we move between guided sessions, shared experiences, and time for integration, allowing everything to land in a way that feels natural rather than overwhelming.
You’ll be supported through a blend of:
- Workshops to help you understand who you are at a soul level and what may be getting in your way
- Guided past-life regression and energy work to release old patterns
- Cultural experiences that connect you more deeply to the spirit and richness of Mexico
- Spacious time for rest, reflection, and integration
- Shared meals and conversations that often become just as meaningful as the formal sessions
We keep the group intentionally small — typically 10 to 12 people — so the experience stays personal, connected, and grounded.
This isn’t a retreat where you sit in a room all day being talked at.
We’re there with you throughout the week sharing meals, having real conversations, and doing the work alongside you.
That’s part of what makes this experience feel different. It’s not just what happens during the sessions. It’s what happens in between.
Why This Retreat?
Many old souls move through the world feeling slightly out of step. They’re sensitive to energy, they ask deeper questions, and they often experience life more intensely than the people around them. Over time, that can create a quiet sense of being different, or not quite belonging.
This retreat offers a chance to step out of that, even if just for a week. To be in a space where you don’t have to explain yourself, and where the way you see the world is simply understood.
We keep the group intentionally small, usually 10 to 12 people, so the experience stays personal and connected. This isn’t a retreat where you sit in a room all day being talked at. We’re there with you throughout the week, sharing meals, having real conversations, and doing the work alongside you.
That’s part of what creates the sense of safety so many people notice. It’s not just the work itself. It’s the environment it happens in, and the people you’re sharing it with.
The work can be deep, but it doesn’t have to feel heavy. You might find yourself moving through something meaningful in one moment and laughing over dinner the next. That balance matters. It allows the healing to land in a way that feels natural and integrated, rather than overwhelming.
If you’ve been feeling the pull to go deeper, to understand yourself more clearly, and to do that in a space where you feel genuinely supported, this retreat offers that.
Testimonials
The retreat empowered me to be me! Everyone helped each of us to be who we are meant to be. Every exercise we did allowed us to reveal more and more about ourselves and embrace who we are! The exercises provided us ways to reintegrate when we might get out of balance. I still use several of them when I'm feeling a bit off.Â
I really appreciated the insights into my chakras and the helpful tips on how to bring them back into balance. The individual healing work, along with the group connection afterward, made the whole experience feel even more meaningful.Â
So many of the insights and practices stayed with me after the retreat. I feel more open, more grounded, and I have a much deeper understanding of how past lives have shaped my patterns.
Since returning from Mexico, I’ve carried a tangible knowing that the kind of beautiful, nourishing space created is possible. I still find myself remembering how it felt to be there, and have continued with the practice of saying “I love you” at the end, which I really cherish. It was such a lovely experience being together and sharing, and it still warms my heart to have been part of it.
The villa was incredible. Beautiful, comfortable, and full of character, with so many places to relax – including that spectacular rooftop.
It felt totally safe and supportive to open up in the group.
There are no words in existence to accurately capture how powerful your example is. The love that you so freely give is deeply touching.

About San Miguel de Allende
Tucked away in Mexico’s central highlands, San Miguel de Allende is a Colonial-era town known for its cobblestone streets, vibrant colors, and stunning architecture. First established in the 16th century and now a UNESCO World Heritage City, San Miguel has been celebrated again and again as one of the most beautiful and welcoming cities in the world. In fact, readers of Travel + Leisure recently named it the No. 1 city in the world for the second year in a row.
Often described as “more reminiscent of Europe than the Americas,” San Miguel is beloved for its winding alleyways, breathtaking light, and creative spirit. Artists, writers, and travelers from around the world are drawn here, creating a cosmopolitan atmosphere while the heart of authentic Mexican culture remains deeply alive.
For retreat participants, San Miguel offers a truly special backdrop.
One of the beautiful things about being an old soul is that you’ve lived many lifetimes, often in many different cultures. Being in a place with a history and energy very different from your own can sometimes stir something deeper — a sense of familiarity, or a quiet recognition that’s hard to explain.
It’s also an opportunity to slow down, take in a different rhythm of life, and reconnect with parts of yourself that don’t always have space to come forward at home.
Mexico itself is vibrant, colorful, and full of warmth. People here are incredibly welcoming, and the pace of life carries a refreshing sense of simplicity — a gentle “live and let live” attitude that many visitors find grounding.
During the retreat, you’ll have opportunities to experience the culture more directly by exploring markets and historic neighborhoods, visiting an indigenous OtomĂ community, participating in a traditional temescal (sweat lodge) ceremony with a local healer, and engaging in a hands-on creative experience inspired by local traditions.Â
San Miguel sits at over 6,000 feet in elevation, and the terrain is part of its charm. The streets are cobblestone, the sidewalks can be uneven, and there are hills and stairs throughout the city and within the villa itself.
What You'll Experience
Over the course of the week, the experience unfolds in a way that allows both depth and space.
Each day begins gently, often with optional rooftop movement and meditation as the city wakes up around you. From there, we move into a rhythm of guided sessions, shared experiences, and time to integrate what’s coming up.
You’ll learn directly from Ainslie, Bryan, and Christine through teachings on past lives, soul purpose, and the deeper influences that shape your life. You’ll participate in guided regression, hands-on healing work, and group integration, all designed to help you release old patterns and reconnect with a clearer sense of who you are.
At the same time, this isn’t a retreat where you’re “in process” all day.
There’s space to explore the city, spend time in nature, visit the hot springs, receive a massage, or simply rest. Some of the most meaningful moments happen in between sessions, over meals, in conversation, or during quiet reflection.
You can expect a balance of:
- Meaningful inner work that helps you understand yourself more deeply
- Practical tools you can continue using long after the retreat
- Genuine connection with others walking a similar path
- Time to rest, reset, and integrate
- Cultural experiences that bring richness and perspective to the week
- Nourishing, home-cooked meals prepared with care and enjoyed together throughout the week
About Casa CorazĂłn
(Our Retreat Home)
Our retreat home, Casa Corazón, is a beautifully designed villa that blends the charm of San Miguel’s colonial architecture with modern comfort.
Each room is thoughtfully appointed, with its own character and style, and most include private bathrooms. Throughout the home, you’ll find local art and handcrafted details that reflect the culture and spirit of the region.
There are many spaces to gather and many spaces to step away.
Colorful courtyards, quiet corners, and open terraces create room for both connection and reflection, depending on what you need in any given moment.
The rooftop terrace quickly becomes a favorite – a place for morning meditation as the city wakes up, and for shared meals and conversation as the sun sets over the rooftops. It’s a spacious, multi-level area with sweeping views, and even includes a swimming pool where you can relax, cool off, or simply take in the surroundings.
For the week, this becomes your home.

You Were Never Meant to Do This Alone
At some point, almost everyone on a spiritual path has wondered, “Am I the only one who feels this way?” For many, it goes deeper than that. In everyday life, there can be a sense of being on the outside looking in — feeling different, or holding back parts of yourself just to fit in. Over time, that can become isolating, even when life looks full on the surface.
This retreat is an opportunity to connect with a sense of belonging and worthiness.
People arrive as strangers, and many leave saying, “I finally found my people.”
At its heart, this retreat is a space for old souls who are ready to stop doing it alone.
If something in you is saying yes, we’d love to have you join us.Â
